Simone is ready for the big game between the Sharks and Stormers later today. As you can see she is a staunch Sharks supporter. The battle is on ...

A lot has happened since yesterday mornings update. Simone's stats are all a bit down but that is normal according to her doctors. The chemotherapy is fighting a battle inside her body. Yesterday was the last chemo until Tuesday next week when the next round starts.

Tri-ball lung exercises

Simone has been walking Scotty, making new friends in the ward and exercising her lungs. She has a healthy appetite and enjoys the food served to her which helps to keep her body strong. Simone had a good laugh about fooling all of us with the arrival of Scotty (we will have to make a plan and get her a real pup, if Jason and Heather will agree to it)

She has to blow into a tri-ball daily. This is a precautionary exercise with her spending so much time in bed.
